歴史に残るWWE初の本格的女子シングルトーナメント戦「メイ・ヤング・クラシック」は日本代表カイリ・セインが優勝！宝城カイリのカリスマ性に目をつけたWWEはさすがです。あと「スターダム」小川社長も偉い！
世界各国で活躍する女子プロレスラー全32名を集めて開催された、WWE初の本格的女子シングルトーナメント戦「メイ・ヤング・クラシック」！日本の女子プロレス団体「スターダム（Stardom）」から移籍した宝城カイリ（カイリ・セイン）が見事優勝の栄誉を勝ち取りました！マジでやりましたね！
決勝はカイリ・セインと、UFCでも活躍し総合格闘技とプロレス両方でトップの地位にあるシェイナ・ベイズラーの間で行われました。
決勝は9月12日の「スマックダウンライヴ」ラスベガス大会の中で行われ、大観衆の中で「メイ・ヤング・クラシック」及び、カイリ・セインが初お披露目となりました。
リングサイドにはアランドラ・ブレイズを始め、過去にWWEで活躍したディーヴァや、トーナメントに参加した選手がドレッシーな装いでリングサイド観戦。
今後、WWEへの本格参戦も予定されているUFCのロンダ・ラウジーも「フォーフォース・ウィメン」の同志の応援のために正装で観戦。
全体的に格調の高い雰囲気の中での決勝戦となりました！
シェイナはハードヒットなキックやサブミッションでカイリを攻め込みますが、最後は必殺のダイビング・エルボードロップでカイリが見事勝利し、歴史に残る大会の第一回優勝者となりました。
実は筆者も今大会を通してはじめてカイリ・セインというレスラーの素晴らしいカリスマ性に気付きました。
今大会前、「スターダム」からはカイリ・セインだけでなく、紫雷イオもWWEに移籍するという噂がありました。実際、日本のプロレスファンの間ではカイリよりもイオの方がレスラーとしての評価は高いです。結局イオは首の怪我という理由で契約には至りませんでしたが、それを抜きにしても元々WWEはカイリとの契約がメインだったと聞きます。
今大会のカイリの活躍振りをみて、WWEのスカウト力の確かさに感心しました。
あと、今大会はトニー・ストーム、パイパー・ニーヴン、ジャジー・ガーベルト（アルファ・フィーメール）、テッサ・ブランチャードをはじめ「スターダム」に参加している外国人選手が多数参加していました。WWEのスカウト陣も「スターダム」の試合はきっとチェックしている事でしょう。
日本において、集客力に影響のない外国人女子レスラーをひたすら大量に来日させ続け、経験を積ませているスターダムの小川社長の功績も素晴らしいと思います。
今回のトーナメントを観て、女子プロレスファンになったWWEユニバースは「スターダム」の試合をチェックしてみる事もオススメします！

NXTスーパースター、ジョニー・ガルガノの妻、キャンディスが、レネと対戦。レネのキャリア不足が目に付いた一戦でしたが、最後はキャンディスがセカンドロープからのネックブリーカー・ドロップで勝利。
◼︎ レイシー・エヴァンス（アメリカ） vs タイナラ・コンティ（ブラジル）
アメリカ海兵隊に所属していた経歴を持つ生粋の「アメリカン・ガール」レイシーと、15年の柔道キャリアを持つブラジル出身のタイナラの対戦。最後はレイシーが美闘陽子式のBYボムで勝利。タイナラはローラ似のルックスで日本で試合したら人気が出そう。

サブミッションを得意とするニコルと、プロレスラーの父を持つレイナの一戦。最後は腕ひしぎ逆十字でニコラが勝利するもイマイチな試合内容でした。
◼︎ カイリ・セイン（日本） vs テッサ・ブランチャード（アメリカ）
トーナメント一回戦、最後の一戦は日本の「スターダム」からWWEに移籍したカイリ・セイン（宝城カイリ）と、日本でもおなじみのテッサが対戦。早くもWWEユニバースから絶大な支持を受けているカイリが、最後は「芸術的な」ダイビングエルボー・ドロップで勝利！メインの責任を全うしたカイリと、カイリの持ち味を引き出したテッサ。感動的な素晴らしい試合でした。今回カイリは優勝候補の筆頭と目されています。今後の試合も大注目です！

WWE NXT TAKEOVER: BROOKLYN III AUGUST 19, 2017 女子王者アスカは王座防衛するも骨折で欠場へ。イタミは好試合するも敗北。アダム・コール＆レッドラゴンのROH軍が殴り込みNXTとの軍団抗争へ！
NXTのビッグイベント「テイクオーバー」がニューヨークのブルックリンの「バークレー・センター」で1万5千人の大観衆を集め開催されました。
王座戴冠後500日以上、未だ黒星なしというWWE史に残る偉業を更新中のNXT女子王者アスカは、エンバー・ムーンに王座防衛しました。ただ、珍しくアスカがムーンに押され気味の試合展開でした。ムーンが成長株なのは確かですが、かなり苦戦した印象でした。のちにアスカが試合中に鎖骨を骨折していた事が判明。もしアスカが欠場になった場合、ムーンが次の女子王者になる可能性はかなり高いです。
NXT王座戦線から一歩後退した感のあるイタミ・ヒデオですが、NXTで現在売り出し中のキックボクサー出身アレイスター・ブラックと一騎打ち。両者キックやサブミッションが売りのレスラー同士の対戦という、アメリカでは珍しいマッチメイク。ここで負けると後がないイタミは気合いでアレイスターを圧倒しますが、最後は逆転のニールキックでアレイスターが勝利。イタミの今後の去就が気になりますが、イタミにもメジャー昇格の噂があるそうです。巻き返しが期待されます。
メインのNXT王座戦では挑戦者ドリュー・マッキンタイアが王者ボビー・ルードに勝利し新王者に輝きました。ちょっと番狂わせな気がしますが、実は人気者のルードはメジャーへの昇格が決まっているそうです。
今大会最大の注目は、新日本プロレスでも活躍したアダム・コールと、ボビー・フィッシュ、カイル・オライリーの「レッドラゴン」によるNXTへの殴り込み。彼らの乱入劇だけでかなりの時間を割いており、NXTユニバースに存在感を見せつけました。中でもカイル・オライリーの「サイコパス」っぽい雰囲気は際立っていました。今後「NXT vs ROH」の軍団抗争に発展する模様で楽しみです。

WRESTLEMANIA 33 APRIL 02, 2017 「レッスルマニア33」は、ジ・アンダーテイカー「人間宣言」で「引退」、ゴールドバーグとレズナーの「けじめマッチ」、ハーディー・ボーイズの復帰戦がハイライト！
「レッスルマニア33」フロリダ州オーランド「キャンピング・ワールド・スタジアム」で7万5千人の大観衆を集め開催されました。とにかく今大会で印象的だったのはその「花火」の量。日本の「花火大会」の如く、凄まじい量の花火が採算度返しで打ち上げられました！個人的な予想ですが、花火だけで5000万円から1億円くらい使っているのではないかと想像します。すべての試合が「PPV」メイン級の試合なので、それに相応しい演出。WWEの「気合」を感じた年間最大イベントでした。

AJスタイルズ vs シェイン・マクマホン
WWE王座陥落した腹いせから、GMシェイン・マクマホンに一騎打ちを迫ったAJスタイルズ、両者の決着戦！試合はシェインお得意の総合格闘技ベースの打撃、関節を中心の攻めにAJが応えた形。AJはお得意のフェノメナル・フォアアーム（フライング・エルボー）に持って行こうとするがことごとくシェインがいなす。最後はシェインの場外エルボー、シューティング・スター・プレスをかわしたAJがフォアアームを決めピンフォール勝利。敗れたGMシェインのこれからの動きに注目です。
□ AJ Styles defeated Shane McMahon
AJ Styles that urged GM Shane McMahon to fight one after the WWE Championship collapsed, and the final of both matches! 仲直りと裏切りを繰り返す「ベスト・フレンズ」。ほとんど「トムとジェリー」状態ですが、WWEユニバーサル王座から陥落したケビン・オーエンズが、クリス・ジェリコのUS王座に挑戦する「決着戦」。試合はクリスとケビンの「プロレス頭」を駆使した味わいのある攻防を見せてくれましたが、最後は反則ムーブであっさりとケビンがUS王座を奪取しました。クリスは自身のバンド「Fozzy」の活動再開でWWEは一時休業との噂ですが、次回ペイパー・ビュー・イベント「ペイバック」でリマッチも決定しています。今後の動向が気になります。
□ Kevin Owens defeated Chris Jericho (c)

ルーク・ギャローズ & カール・アンダーソン vs セザーロ & フェイマス vs エンツォ・アモーレ & ビッグ・キャス vs ハーディ・ボーイズ
何故か「ラダー」を使った展開となった「RAWタッグ王座」を巡る抗争ですが、全てはレッスルマニアにおける「ハーディーボーイズ」登場の布石だったとはさすがWWE！当初は３ウェイ戦でしたが、試合前に急遽４ウェイ戦に変更、「ハーディーズ」が登場した時の観衆の爆発ぶりは凄かった！試合も他の３チームが順番に「レジェンド」ハーディーズにお手並み拝見とばかりに攻めていきますが、ハーディーズは現役のスーパースター達と全く遜色ない動きを見せます。最後は「命知らず」のジェフ・ハーディが、セザーロ & フェイマスに、大型ラダー最上段からの場外スワントーン・ボムを決め、ハーディーズが王座奪取。インパクト抜群のWWE復帰戦であると同時に、レッスルマニア前半戦のハイライトだったと言えるでしょう！見応えありました。
□ The Hardy Boyz (Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy) defeated Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson (c), Cesaro and Sheamus, and Enzo Amore and Big Cass

ジョン・シナ & ニッキー・ベラ vs ザ・ミズ & マリース
非常に珍しい、プライベートでもカップル同士であるベビーフェイスとヒール二組による抗争の決着戦。試合は前半ミズ組がずる賢く立ち回り、後半はシナ組がデュエット攻撃でミズ組を撃破するという典型的な「ベビー・フェイス・マッチ」ではありましたが、想像以上に心に響く試合でした。試合後シナはニッキーにプロポーズ。当然ニッキーは受け入れます。本当の「結婚」をストーリーラインに盛り込む。シナもニッキーもビジネスとプライベートを等価で大観客の前で見せた、これは相当な覚悟です！シナがニッキーにエンゲージリングをはめた時は心が震えました。リアルと演出を超えたのがプロレスなんです！凄いシーンでした。
□ John Cena and Nikki Bella defeated The Miz and Maryse
Very unusual, a private and couple baby face and a settlement of conflict by two pairs of heels. It was a typical "baby face match" in which the first half Miz's wandered crisply and the second half was a typical "baby face match" that duels the Miz's with a duet attack, but it was a game that felt more than imagined. After the game Cena proposes to Nikki. Naturally Nikki accepts. Include real "marriage" in the story line. Both Cena and Nikki showed business and private at the equivalent of the business and the big audience, this is considerable prepared! My heart trembled when Sena put an engagement ring on Nikki. It is professional-wrestling beyond realism and production! It was a terrible scene.

セス・ロリンズ vs トリプルH
右膝に爆弾を抱え（実際に大怪我をしている）レッスルマニア出場も危ぶまれた、セス・ロリンズ復帰戦の相手は「年に一度」が定着した師匠トリプルH。年に一度の試合にも関わらず見事な肉体に仕上げてきたトリプルHはさすがプロフェッショナル。「ノンサンクションド戦」とは、セスが試合中に大怪我しようとも、トリプルHを法的に訴える事ができないという意味ですが、試合はオール反則OKのエクストリーム戦といった趣き。実際、場外戦や凶器攻撃を中心としたラフな前半戦から、後半はお互いの必殺技「ペディグリー」を仕掛け合う攻防が見応えのある一戦でした。場外に置かれた「テーブル」にトリプルHがステファニーを突き落としたシーンがハイライト。トリプルHの動揺を誘ったセスが、師匠越えのペディグリーを決めて勝利！全体的に「オールドスクールの奥義」を見せつけれた一戦でした。セスの右膝が本当に回復したかどうかはこれからの展開で明らかになるでしょう。
□ Seth Rollins defeated Triple H (with Stephanie McMahon)
Triple H. "Mr. T. Horse" who was holding a bomb on his right knee (actually injured) and also was forced to participate in Wrestle Mania, the opponent of Seth Rollins return tennis "once a year" established. Triple H who finished in a stunning physical body despite the game once a year is a truly professional. ブレイ・ワイアット vs ランディ・オートン
「レッスルマニア33」に至るストーリーラインの中で、最もオカルト的な展開を見せたのがブレイ・ワイアットとランディ・オートンの抗争。2000年代のWWEを支えたスーパースターがWWE新王者ワイアットから王座を奪取し、再びWWEレギュラーのトップに返り咲くか、注目の決着戦！試合はワイアット中心に展開し、例の「変なブリッジ」をするとリング上に幼虫やミミズ、ゴキブリ（コオロギに見えましたが。。。）の映像が映し出されるという演出が盛り込まれ、なかなかランディの見せ場がありませんでしたが、最後は逆転のRKOを決め、ランディがWWE王座に返り咲きました。正直、WWEユニバースの新王者ランディへの反応はイマイチな印象です。これからランディがどれだけ巻き返していくか、期待したいと思います。
□ Randy Orton defeated Bray Wyatt (c)

「レッスルマニア33」最注目の大一番！WWEユニバースにはこの一戦にはトラウマがあります。2004年の「レッスルマニア20」において両者のシングル戦が組まれましたが、その試合をもってふたりともWWE退団が決定していたため、試合そっちのけでブーイングの嵐が巻き起こりました。そんな「トラウマ」を払拭すべく、「改心」したふたりによる「けじめマッチ」は、レズナーのジャーマン・スープレックスとゴールドバーギのスピアーを交互に繰り出す肉弾戦を展開！最後はレズナーのジャーマン10発の後のF-5で、レズナーが新WWEユニバーサル王者となりました。ゴールドバーグはこれにてWWE参戦は一旦終了ですが、WWEからの評価は高いようで、今後時間を置いて復帰する含みは持たせているとの事です。見応えありました！
□ Brock Lesnar (with Paul Heyman) defeated Goldberg (c)
"Wrestle Mania 33" Most notable biggest! WWE universe has trauma in this round. In the 2004 "Wrestle Mania 20" both singles fought together, but since both players had decided to leave the WWE, the booming storm came rolling over with the game. 元々は本戦前の「プレショー」にラインナップされていましたが、何故か「セミファイナル」に組み込まれたスマックダウン女子王座戦。王者アレクサ・ブリスを含む6人の選手が参加し、勝利を得たものが新王者となります。さすがにゴールドバーグ vs レズナーと、アンダーテイカー vs ロマン・レインズという「大一番」の間では「休憩」的な位置づけなのは致し方ない。6人も参加しているのに試合内容も5分程度で、さしたるインパクトはなく、最後は地元フロリダ出身のナオミが新王者に輝き観衆からのまずまずのリアクションを得ましたが、選手達にとっては少々気の毒な試合だったと思います。
□ Naomi defeated Alexa Bliss (c), Carmella (with James Ellsworth), Mickie James, Natalya, and Becky Lynch
Originally it was line-up to the "pre-show" before Preliminary matches, but why is it a smackdown woman's Championship warfare incorporated in "semi-final" somehow. Six players including the champion Alexa Bliss participated, and the one winning was the new champion. Indeed it is inevitable that it is a "break time" position between Goldberg vs Lesner and Undertaker vs Roman Rains "the biggest". WWE史上最高の「ギミック」であるアンダーテイカーが「最後」の相手に選んだのは、WWEの将来を背負う逸材ロマン・レインズ。ド派手なアンダーテイカーの入場時におけるレインズの「泣きそうな」表情がこの一戦の結果を物語ります。試合は「何でもあり戦」とあって、場外戦やイス攻撃を中心としたラフな展開でしたが、最後はレインズのスピアー3発でピンフォール勝ち。アンダーテイカーの見せ場である「むくり」も弱々しく力尽きました。試合後、アンダーテイカーは試合コスチューム脱ぎながらひとつずつリング中央に重ねていきWWEユニバースに無言で「引退」を示唆します。WWEユニバースの多くが意味を察知し涙する者も多数。「レッスルマニア33」は、アンダーテイカーの「人間宣言」にて幕を閉じるという、若干ウェットな雰囲気で終了しました。
□ Roman Reigns defeated The Undertaker

WWE NXT TAKEOVER: ORLANDO APRIL 01, 2017 「地元」オーランドにて純血メンバーだけで超満員の観衆を熱狂の渦に叩き込む！これぞ純度100%の「NXTプロレス」！
2017年の「レッスルマニア」が開催されたフロリダ州オーランドには「WWEパフォーマンス・センター」と「NXT」の常設会場である「フルセイル大学」があり、いわば「NXT」の本拠地と言って良い場所です。「NXT」のビッグイベント「テイクオーバー」もオーランドで開催され、「アムウェイ・センター」に1万5千人近くの観衆を集め大成功を収めました。派手な仕掛けのない、通常のTVテーピングのメンバーと変わらない「普段着」興行で、これだけの熱気を生み出せたことは素晴らしい！今回NXT王座のベルトも全てリニューアルされた事を見ても、第1期のNXTは完成の域に達し、新しいステージに突入したと考えて良いでしょう。

「NXTテイクオーバー・オーランド」、注目のオープニングマッチは、はぐれ軍団「サニティ」とNXTベビーフェイス軍による男女混合８人タッグマッチ！ベビー軍に当初メンバーに入っていたノー・ウェイ・ホセが、試合前に「サニティ」に襲撃され欠場したため、代わりに只今売り出し中のカシアス・オーノがメンバーに入りました。試合もオーノを中心とした試合展開に。オーノは近年のWWEスーパースターの中では珍しい「中年体型」の選手ですが、難度の高いムーヴを次々決めていき、今後更なるブレイクが期待されます。「クリス・ヒーロー」としてNOAHに参加していた選手なので日本のプロレスファンにもおなじみです。最後はWWEユニバースから絶大な支持を得ているタイ・デリンジャーが、キリアン・デインの「アルスター・プランテーション」でピンフォール負け。ちなみにケニー・オメガの「片翼の天使」と同じ技です。
□ SAnitY (Eric Young, Alexander Wolfe, Killian Dain, and Nikki Cross) defeated Tye Dillinger, Ruby Riot, Roderick Strong, and Kassius Ohno

オランダ出身でキックボクシング出身のアレイスター・ブラックの「NXT」デビュー戦。「NXTテイクオーバー」でデビュー戦という破格の扱いからして、現在「不人気街道まっしぐら」のアンドラデの勝ち目は全くありません。全身タトゥーで強面なアレイスターですが、試合はキックと空中技をミックスした、いわゆる「飯伏幸太」系の格闘プロレススタイル。最後はアレイスターが豪快な後ろ回し蹴りでアンドラデからピンフォール勝利。最近はほとんど「ジョバー」と化しているアンドラデ。WWEの扱いが悪すぎるのでそろそろメキシコか新日本プロレスに復帰した方が良いのではないでしょうか？
□ Aleister Black defeated Andrade "Cien" Almas
Aleister Black's "NXT" debut match from the Netherlands and from kickboxing. From "NXT TakeOver" handling the exception of debut fighting, Andrade has no winnings at the moment "Unpopular Road Straight". オーサーズ･オブ･ペイン(アカム&レーザー) vs DIY (ジョニー・ガルガノ&トマソ・チャンパ) vs ザ･リバイバル(スコット・ドーソン&ダッシュ・ワイルダー)
NXTタッグ王座を巡り「名勝負数え歌」を繰り広げたDIYとザ・リバイバルに、現王者の巨漢タッグAOPが絡むトリプルスレット・エリミネーション戦。要はタッグ版三つ巴勝ち残り戦です。ライバルとは言え、お互いの実力は認め合っているDIYとリバイバルがAOP退治に結束した試合展開にNXTユニバースも大爆発！最後はAOPがパワーで勝利をもぎ取りましたが、見どころの多い素晴らしい試合でした。
□ The Authors of Pain (Akam and Rezar) (c) (with Paul Ellering) defeated #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) and The Revival (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder)
Triple threat tag team elimination match involving #DIY and The Revival who wrapped around the NXT Tag Championship and "King of Count and Numbers" with the current champion big hat tag AOP. The point is the Tag version 3 rim warrior game. Although it is a rival, mutual ability is recognized The NXT universe also explodes greatly in the game development where the #DIY and The Revival united to AOP defeat! In the end, AOP torped off victory with power, but it was a wonderful match with many highlights.

NXT女子部門で最も高い身体能力を持つエンバー・ムーンが、「絶対王者」アスカに挑戦！WWEメジャー昇格も噂されるアスカが、ここでベルトを落とすのか注目の一戦でしたが、アスカの王座防衛。ということはアスカはしばらくNXTに残るという事か。ムーンも大器の片鱗は見せましたが、トータルではまだまだアスカには敵いません。日本の女子団体「スターダム」から宝城カイリと紫雷イオがWWE移籍するという噂がありますが、アスカのライバルとして登場したら面白いと思います。

「NXTテイクオーバー」メインイベントは王者ボビー・ルードに、今大会をもってWWE1軍昇格の噂のある中邑真輔が挑戦するNXT王座戦。真輔の入場は演出なしの純正テーマ曲の入場でしたが、テーマ曲に合わせたNXTユニバースの大合唱で会場は完全に一体化。王者ボビー・ルードはピアノの生演奏の前奏付きで入場。こちらも「グローリアス」の大合唱。この二人に共通しているのは「CFO💲」による素晴らしいテーマ曲が提供されていること。もちろん選手として素晴らしいのはもちろんですが、この入場曲があってこその二人の人気だと思います。試合は真輔のペースで進みましたが、最後はルードの強烈な「二段階式グロリアスDDT」でピンフォール勝ち。試合に負けた真輔はNXTユニバースにお別れの挨拶の様な雰囲気。いよいよWWEに登場の予感がします！

WWE FASTLANE 2017 MARCH 05, 2017 ゴールドバーグが新WWEユニバーサル王者になり、「レッスルマニア」でブロック・レズナーとの王座戦が決定！
「レッスルマニア」前、最後のPPVイベント「ファストレーン」がウィスコンシン州ミルウォーキーで開催されました。

NXTから昇格を果たしたサモア・ジョーがいよいよPPVマッチデビュー！相手は「名勝負製造機」サミ・ゼイン。ジョーはNXTでメインを張っていた実力派の元王者ということもあってか、「RAW」ファンからの支持も上々の様です。久々の本戦という事もあり、ジョーはかなりコンディションも良く、技を的確に決めていきます。最後はコキーナクラッチ（スリーパーホールド）で、レフェリーストップ勝ち。終わってみればジョーの圧勝。最近、これ以上のサミのプッシュは無くなるという噂もあり、これからのサミのポジションが気になります。

WWEの女子部門で最もパワフルで重量感のあるナイアと、元「RAW女子王者」で人気は高いが怪我続きのサシャのシングル戦。試合は終始ナイアがパワーでサッシャを圧倒しましたが、最後は逆転のジャパニーズ式レッグクラッチホールドでサシャが辛勝。勝利したサッシャが「レッスルマニア」でトリプルスレット戦でRAW女子王座戦に割って入る模様です。

ルセフとジンダー・マハルの抗争、今大会では両者別々にシングル戦を戦うことになりました。まずジンダー・マハルはセザーロと一騎打ち。ふたりとも長身でバランスの良い肉体を持ち、技も的確で良いレスラーですが、セザーロはイタリア系スイス人、ジンダーがインド系カナダ人とあって会場のノリはイマイチな雰囲気。最後はセザーロがカウンターのアッパーカットでピンフォール勝利。試合後ルセフがジンダーを滅多打ちで次のシングル相手を待ちますが、そこにサプライズ登場したのは。。。
Rusev and Jinder Mahal's struggle, both sides separately fought a single battle in this competition. First of all, Jinder Mahal fights with Cesaro. Both of us have a tall and well-balanced flesh, good skill and good wrestler, but Cesaro is Italian Swiss, and Jinder is Indian Canadian and the atmosphere of the venue is not good. Finally Cesaro wins Pinfall with uppercut of the counter. After the game Rusev waited for the next single opponent with rare rush of Jinder, but it was the surprise that appeared there. . .

ビッグ・ショー vs ルセフ
ルセフのシングル戦の相手に大御所ビッグ・ショーが登場！エスニックな時間帯が続いたフラストレーションか、「USAコール」が大爆発！（ちなみにルセフはブルガリア系）試合はほぼビッグ・ショーのワンサイドゲーム。チョークスラム3連発からコーナーに詰めてのKOパンチでピンフォール勝ち。ビッグ・ショーはコンディション良さそうですが、下半身の細さが気になります。膝もガチガチに固めている様ですし、今後セミレギュラーとして復活すると思われますが、あまり無理はして欲しくはないところです。

(Rusev is Bulgarian type by the way) The match is almost a one-side game of a Big Show. From three consecutive chokeslams, Pingfall wins with a KO Punch filled in the corner. Big Show seems to be in good condition, but I am concerned about the thinness of the lower body. It seems that the knees are also firming up in a tight spirit and it seems to be revived as a semi-regular in the future, but I do not want it too much.
ネヴィル vs ジャック・ギャラハー
WWEクルーザー級王座戦、安定の王者ネヴィルに「英国紳士」ジャック・ギャラハーが挑戦。ある意味、ネヴィルは「トータル・パッケージ」。素晴らしいバランスです。一方、ギャラハーの独特の英国流レスリングも素晴らしい。ギャラハーのレスリングは、おそらくですが、若き日の藤原喜明のレスリングに近いのではないか、と想像しています。思いっきりショーマンな見せ方もするギャラハーですが、身体中に生傷作って、血を流してのレスリングに嘘はありません。最後はネヴィルが最高のムーンサルト（レッドアロー）で勝利を得ましたが、ギャラハーの今後の試合にも注目です！
WWE Cruiserweight Championship, "stable gentleman" Jack Gallagher challenged the stable Neville. In a sense, Neville is "Total Package". It's a wonderful balance. WWE女子部門「最高」のレスラーであるシャーロット・フレアー。今大会も素晴らしい仕上がり。ベイリーもかなり良い選手になりましたが、試合はシャーロットが圧倒。父親のリック・フレアーもシャーロットがこんなに良いレスラーになるとは夢にも思わなかったでしょうね。最後はサシャ・バンクスが乱入、シャーロットがサシャに気を取られている間に、ベイリーが場外、リング内とベイリー・トゥ・ベリーを連発で決め、王座防衛を果たしました。「レッスルマニア」ではベイリー、シャーロット、サシャのトリプルスレット王座戦になる模様です。
Charlotte Flair which is a wrestler of WWE womans division "highest". This tournament is also a wonderful condition. Bayley has become a pretty good player, but Charlotte overwhelms the game. ケビン・オーエンズ vs ゴールドバーグ
ゴールドバーグは長い試合はしない契約なのか、WWE復帰後も短時間の試合しかやっていません。少しでも爪痕を残すためにか、ケビン・オーエンズは試合前なかなかリングに入ろうとせず心理戦を仕掛けます。数分後やっとゴングが鳴った瞬間、クリス・ジェリコが登場。ケビンが気を取られている隙にゴールドバーグがスピアー、ジャックハマーの連発で王座奪取！30秒に満たない超短時間決着でゴールドバーグが新王者に！「レッスルマニア」ではゴールドバーグ vs ブロック・レズナーのWWEユニバーサル王座戦が決定しました。ゴールドバーグのカリスマ性は確かに素晴らしいですが、3分程度は試合をして欲しいものです。

「レッスルマニア」前の「スマックダウン・ライヴ」最後のPPVイベント「エリミネーション・チェンバー」がアリゾナ州フェニックスで開催されました。
⬛️ 女子シングル戦
ベッキー・リンチ vs ミッキー・ジェームス
昨年末のNXT「テイクオーバー・トロント」で王者アスカの刺客として復帰したWWEディーヴァ、ニッキー・ジェームス。その後「スマックダウン・ライヴ」で本格復帰し、今大会では初代「スマックダウン女子王者」ベッキー・リンチとシングル戦。最後は強引にベッキーが押さえ込んで勝利しましたが、全体的にはミッキーのしなやかなレスリングがミッキーを翻弄した印象。さすが元WWE女子王者。ベテランの味で魅せてくれました。
⬛️ 2対1ハンディキャップ戦
カリスト & アポロ・クルーズ vs ドルフ・ジグラー
ザ・ミズとのインターコンチネンタル王座戦を巡る抗争に一区切り付けたドルフ・ジグラーはヒールに転向。今後の方向性を模索していますが、今大会ではカリストとアポロ・クルーズと2vs1のハンデ戦を行いました。ジグラーはカリストの入場時を奇襲し、カリストはほぼ戦闘不能状態に。実質ジグラーとアポロのシングル戦の展開でしたが、最後にカリストが戦線復帰、アポロがフォール勝ちを収めました。ただ試合後、ジグラーがイス攻撃でアポロの足首を破壊。フォール負けしたイメージを一掃しました。ジグラーはヒールの方が持ち味を発揮できると思いますので、今後の展開に期待です。
⬛️ スマックダウン・タッグ王座ターモイル戦（勝ち抜き戦）
ブリーザンゴ vs ボードビレインズ vs ヒース・スレーター&ライノ vs ジ・ウーソズ vs vs ジ・アセンション vs アメリカン・アルファ
スマックダウン・タッグ王座勝ち残り戦。1対1のタッグマッチで勝ったチームが次のチームと対戦します。上記の表記は最後が勝ち残ったチームです。まずはスレーター&ライノ組がブリーザンゴ、ボードビレインズを連続で打破。現在のWWEでは貴重なスーパーヘビー級のライノの肉体の張りは素晴らしく、WWEにはもう一花咲かせるポジションを用意して欲しいところ。最後はNXTから昇格したレスリング系エリートチームのアメリカン・アルファが勝ち残りで王座防衛しましたが、メジャーのリングでまだまだ本領を発揮できているとは言い難い印象です。
⬛️ 女子シングル戦
ニッキー・ベラ vs ナタリア
昨年11月の「サバイバー・シリーズ」で試合前にナタリアの襲撃を受け、試合直前で欠場に追い込まれた（というアングル）、ニッキー・ベラとナタリアのシングル決着戦。女の意地を張り合ったタイマン勝負で、珍しく両者リングアウトの痛み分けとなりましたが、なかなかの好勝負でした。実はニッキーは首の具合が思わしくなく、「レッスル・マニア」での引退も噂されています。ニッキーの欠場アングルも彼女の怪我の具合が関係しているのかと思われます。いまいちパッとしなかったナタリアも「勝ち組」ニッキーへの嫉妬心丸出しの堂々としたヒールっぷりを見せ、良い味出てきました。
⬛️ シングル戦
ランディ・オートン vs ルーク・ハーパー
「ワイアット・ファミリー」総帥ブレイ・ワイアットとランディ・オートンがタッグを組んだ事で、その立場が微妙となったルーク・ハーパー。ワイアット・ファミリーとして活動しつつも険悪な空気となっていたふたりのシングル決着戦。「ロイヤル・ランブル」で優勝し「レッスル・マニア」でメインを張る事が決まっているランディにとっても負けられない一戦。試合はお互いの持ち技を駆使し、ヘビー級の醍醐味を見せてくれました。最後はRKOでランディがピンフォール勝利。しかしながらハーパーの健闘が光る一戦でした。今後のハーパーのポジションがちょっとだけ気になります。
アレクサ・ブリス vs ナオミ
「エリミネーション・チェンバー」PPV、セミファイナルはスマックダウン女子王座戦！如何にWWEが女子部門に期待しているかがわかります。王者アレクサ・ブリスは小柄な体格ながらその気の強さは天下一品。新人としては異例、「NXT」からメジャー昇格後にいきなり王座を手にしました。挑戦者は黒人アスリート系選手のナオミ。今回ナオミが王座を奪取しました。王座奪取後のインタビューでナオミはマジの涙を流しました。女子選手や男子のクルーザー級は誰がスターになるかは未知数です。だから皆、平等にチャンスは回って一度はベルトを巻くのでしょう。しかし王者になった後のサバイバルこそ苛烈です。「レッスル・マニア」に向けて今回抜擢されたナオミの涙は「マジ」の涙です。
⬛️ エリミネーション・チェンバー戦
ジョン・シナ vs AJスタイルズ vs ディーン・アンブローズ vs バロン・コービン vs ブレイ・ワイアット vs ザ・ミズ
WWEの中でも一風変わったデスマッチ「エリミネーション・チェンバー」戦。参加6選手の中で最後に勝ち残った者がWWE最高峰の王者に輝きます。
エリミネーション・チェンバー戦とは？
3.2kmの鎖、総重量10tの鋼鉄を編みこんだ直径11m、高さ5mの金網の中に4つのガラスで出来た小部屋とリングが存在する中で行われる。基本的に6人で行われる試合形式で、最初に2人がリングで戦い他の4人はガラスの小部屋に閉じ込められて待機する。試合開始5分経過後は、ランダムでガラスの小部屋で待機していたレスラーが5分間隔で1人ずつ開放され試合に加わる。フォール、ギブアップで退場となり、最後まで残ったレスラーが勝者となる。（wikipediaより）
まずは前回のPPV「ロイヤルランブル」のWWE王座戦で素晴らしい試合を見せた、ジョン・シナとAJスタイルズのふたりでスタート。観客の期待値もこのふたりに注がれている模様。とりわけAJへの声援が大きい。AJだったら素晴らしいレスリングを観せてくれるに違いない、というWWEユニバース達からの信頼度の高さが伝わってきます。
「小部屋」からの5分ごとの入場順はディーン・アンブローズ、ブレイ・ワイアット、バロン・コービン、ザ・ミズの順番。脱落者はコービン、アンブローズ、ミズ、シナの順。最後はAJとワイアットの一騎打ち。王座奪還を目指すAJの技のラッシュが続きますが、最後は逆転のシスター・アビゲイルでワイアットが新WWE王者に輝きました。結果、「レッスルマニア」におけるブレイ・ワイアット vs ランディ・オートンのWWE王座戦が決定しました。
LEGENDS WITH JBL STAN HANSEN FEBRUARY 07, 2017 対談番組「レジェンド・ウィズ・JBL」にスタン・ハンセン登場。もちろん日本マット界の話で盛り上がりました！
JBLがホストを務める対談番組「レジェンド・ウィズ・JBL」のゲストに「ホール・オブ・フェイマー」スタン・ハンセンが登場しました。
フットボール選手からプロレスへの転向、大学の先輩であるファンクスとブルーザー・ブロディとの再会、WWFの帝王ブルーノ・サンマルチノ首折り事件、新日本での猪木、全日本での馬場との出会い、アンドレ・ザ・ジャイアントとの関係、AWA世界王者時代、東京ドームでのベイダーとの伝説の一戦、などなど約40分。時間短すぎて、これ1回で終わりじゃもったいないよなあ。。。
もちろん全編英語ですが、昭和プロレスファンならハンセンのキャリアは頭に入っていると思いますので、だいたい何を話しているかだいたいわかると思います。
WWEは日本のプロレス史もきちんと「歴史」として織り込んで、世界史的な「プロレス史の教科書」を作り上げる作業を現在行っています。この番組でハンセンの紹介時にまず「元トリプル・クラウン・チャンピオン（三冠ヘビー級王者）」と紹介されました。日本マット界との関係で賛否両論あるWWEですが、プロレスの歴史と真摯に向き合っている姿勢は素晴らしいと思います。
